It is produced from 100% Iberian pigs raised in freedom in the forests of the Jabugo production area.
The pigs are fed on acorns, roots, flowers, and grasses.
The entire production process for this ham is supervised by the Jabugo PDO organization.
Jabugo hams are truly high-end products and are the most renowned among Iberian ham producers in Spain.
