The grapes used to make this wine come from 12 hectares of Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards and 32 hectares of very old, low-yield Monastrell vineyards. The grapes are harvested in small crates to prevent damage, then sorted on a selection table. The wine is aged for 24 months in French and American oak barrels to achieve its full complexity.
