The history of El Zagal began in 1905 with Francisco Tejedor García. Today, the fourth generation of the family carries on this tradition with a passion for Mallorcan cuisine.
This sobrasada bears the Protected Geographical Indication “Sobrasada de Mallorca,” which guarantees its origin, authenticity, and adherence to traditional production methods.
