Marinated fried mussels come from the Rías Gallegas, where only native mussels of the Mytilus galloprovincialis species are used. They are harvested using artisanal and sustainable methods, and only the highest quality natural ingredients are used in their production. At La Brújula, we combine traditional techniques with cutting-edge technology. Mussels from the Galician rias are fried to enhance their texture. After frying, each mussel is cleaned and packed by hand. Finally, they are coated with a mild marinade to enhance their flavor, and then each tin is sealed and sterilized to guarantee optimum quality at the moment of consumption. A true delicacy.
