Marinated fried mussels come from the Rías Gallegas, where only native mussels of the Mytilus galloprovincialis species are used. At La Brújula, we combine traditional techniques with cutting-edge technology. Mussels from the Galician rias are fried to enhance their texture. After frying, each mussel is cleaned and packed by hand. Finally, they are coated with a mild marinade to enhance their flavor, and then each tin is sealed and sterilized to guarantee optimum quality at the moment of consumption. A true delicacy.
