Bright straw-yellow color with small bubbles. Fresh aroma of great complexity, in which notes of 36 months' aging mingle with light notes of fresh fruit from the base wine. On the palate, fresh, unctuous and with a very fine bubble that blends perfectly with the complexity of the cava. Elegant, serious, long and dry finish expressing the full frankness of the cava.
