Manuel Picó’s “Calidad Suprema” Jijona Turrón is made according to the purest Spanish turrón-making tradition.

The turrón contains 68% Marcona almonds, the almonds most renowned for their delicacy and rich aroma.

Preparation requires a minimum of two and a half hours of cooking in the famous traditional “Boixet” used by the master turroneros of Jijona.
