We present this chorizo longanisse which is made from beef and pork and contains no additives or colorants. That's why we call it natural.
It has been lightly smoked with beech and oak wood. This is a custom in the preparation of cured meats from Asturias in northern Spain.
The Asturias sausage is highly prized among Spanish cured meats.
