Nose: High intensity, with a precise Tempranillo de la Rioja character, red fruit aromas such as raspberry, blackcurrant and blackberry.
On the palate: Light attack with an enveloping development thanks to a glyceric charge that gives a long finish.
Especially suited to tapas, including Serrano ham, soubressade, pâtés and melted cheeses. Also recommended with white meats and fish in sauce.
