Cream of artichoke soup with olive oil

These artichokes have the particularity of being harvested the same day they are prepared and canned.
This cream can be enjoyed directly on toasted bread or as an accompaniment to fish and poultry.
Artichokes are produced in the region of Murcia which is in the middle of the Mediterranean and has a climate suitable for growing artichokes.
