How is it different from chorizo?

Morcón is stuffed into a natural casing that is wider than that of chorizo. This more generous presentation allows for slower curing and a particularly tender texture.

Over 6 months of aging

Aged in a natural cellar for over six months, it gradually develops complex aromas and a unique flavor profile.
