This excellent dish is very easy to prepare at home.
To prepare:

  1. Remove from the fridge an hour in advance, place the contents of the packaging in an oven dish with a little water at the bottom and preheat the oven to 220ºC.
  2. Bake for 45-60 minutes. Cooking time will depend on the oven, and may sometimes take longer. The skin on top should be golden brown.
  3. When it's golden, remove the dish from the oven and wait 5 minutes for it to crisp up.
