The Trevelez ham that we offer you is a Serrano ham that has the particularity of not having preservatives and the only ingredients are ham and sea salt.

The production area is located in the province of Granada in the Sierra Nevada at altitudes between 1200 and 1750. The climate is very dry and very cold in winter and the summers are hot. The microclimate and the purity of the air of Trévelez favors a totally artisanal elaboration and without any artificial means of the hams.
This ham has no additives. Composition: pork meat and sea salt.
