This is a Cava offering a complex range of aromas, softened by 36 months' ageing and three months' aging of the base wine in French oak casks from the Allier region.

Very intense, complex aroma. The fruity notes of Chardonnay mingle with light, toasty hints of variety and long aging, on a perfumed base of barrel-aged notes. On the palate, it's very structured and flavorful, and the wine's fruitiness predominates with an interesting vanilla perfume.
