Laya is a wine made from the Garnacha Tintirera and Monastrell (Mourvèdre) varieties. The vines are planted at altitudes ranging from 700 to 1,000 meters above sea level on limestone soils with a harsh climate, little rainfall and extreme temperatures in both summer and winter.
