If you want to stuff them it's very easy. You make a thick béchamel and you add fish, meat or seafood or other products and you grind it not too finely so that there are pieces.
To cover your peppers with a sauce, take a little of your preparation, add a piquillo pepper and a little of the juice from the can and blend finely. Pour over the stuffed peppers.
