100% Iberian Exqium bellota Pata Negra shoulder, sliced with a knife.
This shoulder has been professionally cut with a knife and produced in Andalusia. Its special feature is that it contains no additives, nitrates or preservatives.
The only ingredients used are the shoulder and the salt.
It is matured naturally, for 22 to 28 months, in drying sheds whose temperature and humidity are regulated by opening and closing the windows.
A very pure breed, free-range rearing with a diet rich in acorns and the absence of additives give this exceptional shoulder a perfect balance.
