EXQIUM Cebo de Campo Iberian ham comes from Iberian pigs raised in freedom in the dehesas of Andalusia, in southern Spain. This natural environment, consisting of vast wooded pastures, is an ideal ecosystem for raising Iberian pigs and contributes to the quality of the meat.
Iberian pigs roam freely in the pastures and feed on a diet of selected cereals and natural resources found in the dehesa. This combination produces balanced, flavorful meat while preserving the typical characteristics of Iberian ham.
The hams are slowly cured in natural cellars in Andalusia over a long period of time. This gradual maturation process develops a supple texture and a rich aromatic palette with delicate notes of dried fruit.
This ham is made from only two ingredients: Iberian ham and sea salt. No additives or preservatives are added in order to preserve the authenticity of the product and the rich aroma developed during the curing process.
Presented in thin slices and 80-gram portions, this knife-cut ham is ideal for refined tasting or for creating a gourmet Iberian platter. To fully enjoy its aromas, it is recommended to take it out of the refrigerator a few minutes before serving.
