All from free-range 100% Iberian pigs bred in the forests of Andalusia in the province of Huelva. Each pig feeds on a minimum of 8 to 10 kgs of acorns a day. This results in meat with an excellent taste.
Maturation takes place naturally in cellars where the products mature naturally.
