Discover Pluma ibérica (Iberian pluma) meat, one of the most prized parts of the Iberian pig.

Our pluma comes from 100% free-range Iberian pigs fed on acorns. It comes from the 5j Cinco Jotas brand, renowned for making some of the finest Pata Negra hams.
This acorn-rich diet combined with a 100% Iberian breed produces exceptional meat.
The best pluma is the one sold frozen, as all acorn-eating pigs are sacrificed in February-March. All this meat is sold throughout the year. Fresh pluma, purchased for the rest of the year, comes from pigs fed with artificial feed and raised in confinement.

The pluma of Iberian pork is found above the shoulder and just next to the entrecote.
To prepare it, simply grill it to your liking with salt and no other seasoning.
