Boneless Iberian Ham - Boneless Bellota Pata Negra Ham
Pata Negra Iberian hams can be presented boneless. This is another way of eating them, as they are easier to cut. If you have a slicer, it's even better.
It's best to cut them cold and let them come to room temperature. Boneless ham can easily be stored in a cool, dry place. Once opened, your boneless ham should be stored in the refrigerator in cling film.
With boneless Iberian ham, you won't have to waste any of your ham, as you'll be using everything you buy.
Iberian hams are boned and defatted, but the fat that gives the ham its good taste will always remain.
