A wine made from Pedro Ximénez grapes following the Fino winemaking process, i.e., a minimum of 5 years of biological ageing under veil, followed by oxidative ageing in American oak barrels for a minimum of 15 years.

Very powerful, deep and sharp aroma. Fine woods, but no protagonism. Light touches of flowers and very present dried fruit.
Elegant and silky on the palate. Dry, powerful and very full. Taste of dried fruit. Very long and persistent.
