Cinco Jotas 5J 100% Iberian acorn-fed lomo, also known as caña de lomo ibérica, is one of Spain’s most prestigious cured meats. Made from the prime cut of the Iberian pig, it offers finesse, intense flavor, and elegance on the palate.

The lomo is prepared from a carefully selected whole tenderloin. The meat is marinated with spices, including paprika, garlic, and traditional seasonings, then stuffed into casings and slowly cured.
