Cebo de Campo Iberian shoulder from Andalusia WITHOUT ADDITIVES and a very good quality-price ratio. From farms in the Huelva province of Andalusia, a region renowned for its breeding of Iberian pigs.
No additives are used to produce this shoulder. No nitrites or preservatives.
The shoulders are matured naturally, without mechanical means, in buildings in the Sierra region of Andalusia, where they are aged for between 20 and 24 months.
Cebo de Campo is a classification indicating that the pigs are free-range and fed on grass and cereals.
This is a very good, totally natural shoulder, both in terms of its ingredients and its gentle maturing in the Sierra cilimat: always dry but very cold in winter and very hot in summer.
This shoulder has the green seal certifying that it is Iberian and comes from a free-range farm: Cebo de Campo.
