Produced exclusively from vines grown on the clay-limestone soils of the Dominio de Valdepusa (Malpica de Tajo, Toledo), owned by the Marqués de Griñón family since 1292. Grapes are harvested by hand and then discharged by gravity into fermentation tanks. Prolonged maceration up to 4 or 5 weeks and ageing in new and semi-new Allier French oak barrels for 12-15 months in a cellar at constant temperature.

Bright cherry color, garnet-red rim.

Complex, balanced aroma of wild flowers.

Tasty, ripe fruit, ripe tannins.
