High-quality 100% Iberian bellota Pata Negra shoulder. Contains no nitrites or additives.

This shoulder is ideal for those who want to get started with top-quality Jabugo ham.

Made from 100% Iberian pigs, they offer a harmony of organoleptic qualities and a characteristic aromatic richness. This is the result of the breed as well as the acorn-based diet and natural grazing in oak forests, where there is a maximum of one pig per hectare. But above all, it's the result of a very slow, totally artisanal production process, based on the micro-climates of the Sierra de Huelva.

This style of farming and production has a long history going back hundreds of years. Nothing has changed over time. Everything remains ancestral: breeding, production and maturing.

The whole system is controlled: breeding, oak forest certification and maturing are monitored by the Jabugo appellation organization. Each shoulder has the black Pata Negra seal and the Jabugo "Summum" seal.
