Manual harvest followed by gravity discharge into fermentation tanks. Prolonged maceration up to 4 or 5 weeks and aging in new and semi-new Allier French oak barrels for 12 months in a cellar at constant temperature. This wine is neither filtered nor clarified.

Cherry color, garnet-red rim.

Expressive aroma, creamy oak, ripe fruit, fine cocoa, silvery herbs.

Structured, complex and full on the palate.
