This Torta del Casar-based cream is made with a minimum of 50% Torta del Casar cheese and mixed with cream (water and butter). This makes it very creamy and perfect for spreading on toast.
You can also use it for culinary preparations and tapas.
A good example would be a loaf of bread with a little torta del casar cream and a little sobrasada, or a Nardín anchovy.
