This wine, which is excellent, owes its exceptionality to the fact that it comes from the Grenache grape variety and old vines over 100 years old, which produce very few grapes. The yield is very low, but the result is perfect.

The plot is very small - only 2.5 hectares - which results in an exclusive wine with a production of only 3600 bottles.

The plot is composed of gravel, rock and slate. The area has extreme temperatures, very cold in winter and very hot in summer.

The grapes are cut by hand and passed over a selection table to keep only the best bunches.

Very powerful on the palate, full of color, rich in aroma and very fruity.
