EXQIUM Cebo de Campo boneless Iberian ham is made from Iberian pigs raised in the dehesa landscapes of Andalusia. This region in southern Spain is renowned for its climate and the quality of its pastures, which are particularly suited to raising Iberian pigs.
The pigs roam freely in pastures composed of natural grasslands and oak trees. This natural environment allows for extensive farming in keeping with Iberian tradition and contributes directly to the quality of the meat.
Cebo de Campo Iberian pigs are fed selected cereals and natural resources found in the pastures. This diet contributes to the development of flavorful meat with a particularly pleasant texture.
EXQIUM ham is made with only two ingredients: Iberian ham and sea salt. No additives or preservatives are added in order to preserve the authenticity of the product and respect the tradition of Iberian charcuterie.
After salting, the hams are slowly cured in natural drying rooms for several months. This gradual maturation allows the ham to develop a melt-in-the-mouth texture and a balanced flavor profile characteristic of Iberian hams.
