You can use this cream of eggplant to prepare all kinds of tapas with all the imagination you can muster. Our favorite way is with classic toasts, but also with Ines Rosales tortas, which are either with salt and sesame or thyme and rosemary.
But if not, you can put it directly on your table as a spread.

Ingredients: Eggplant, onion, olive oil, salt, spices and acidifier: citric acid.
