100% Iberian bellota Pata Negra ham, sliced with a knife, from farms in the Extremadura region.
The pigs are purebred Iberian and are raised free-range in oak forests, where they feed exclusively on acorns, roots and grasses.
Each animal will eat between 8 and 10 kg of acorns a day, and will exercise a lot. This promotes the infiltration of fat into the muscles.
