This ham, produced in Andalusia, has been cut with a knife by professionals. It is unique in that it contains no additives, nitrites or preservatives.
The only ingredients are ham and salt.
The ham is matured totally naturally, for 36 to 48 months, in drying sheds where temperature and humidity are regulated by opening and closing the windows of the ham cellars.
A 100% Iberian breed, free-range rearing with a diet rich in acorns and the absence of additives give this knife-sliced ham a perfect balance.
